I recently visited for my lease renewal. The process was extremely easy and pleasant from beginning to end. Ben was my main contact at the dealership. He was proactive and contacted me prior to the end of my current lease to see if I was interested in early turn in and had the perfect cars lined up for my test drive. He was easy-going and flexible with working with his team to Work towards an agreeable lease agreement. Things went so well I was able to leave same day with my new car!

Service experience was very good, advisor took time to explain everything. Facility upgrade was very nice with comfortable seating and beverage service.

Cassidy is the best! She helped me pick up a loaner car, updated me on a daily basis via phone calls/voice messages, and fully addressed all of my concerns I had about my 2023 GLA 250. When needed, she also worked with the sales department. I have been to two other dealerships for my previous MB cars, however, I must say that the customer experience with your service department is the best. She made my visit a seamless and enjoyable one. A lots of Kudos to her and your service technicians.

I had a very favorable experience this time with my service advisor Anthony Del Deo. Anthony clearly and fully explained the details of the work to be done to my C300 in a manner that shows respect to his customers. This was a completely differant experience from one that I had in September 2023. Enough said, so keep your staff like Anthony happy so that customers will be more inclined to come back!!

I didn’t purchase a Mercedes. I bought one of their used cars. The experience was great. It was an easy purchase and they made me feel like I was buying a million dollar car rather than a used non Mercedes brand. Go there. Great service. Attention and I’ve already shared with some friends who are looking. That’s where I will look first when I’m ready to buy again.

Came in for a regular service and ended up waiting for 5 hours before I had to leave (with service still unfinished). There was no indication up front that a standard service would take this long. In addition, I don’t understand how every time I go in for a regular service, there ends up being additional maintenance necessary that makes my final bill between $2k-$3k every time I go in. Just feels like I am being taken for a ride. Either that or the brand just requires more than a normal amount of service.

The dealer recommended major work and when I told them I had purchased an extended warranty from the former dealership I never heard back from them and I called and texted multiple times. My next move is to go back and show them the warranty. At this point I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Brought my car in to replace 4 break pads. While making my appointment I ask for a quote on the cost of the job and was quoted 450. After my car was picked up and speaking to the service rep. Multiple times that week he told me the cost of the job was going to be 500 for the back breaks. And 800 for the front breaks. I told the rep that I was quoted 450 for the entire job. I needed to get a license plate holder installed on the front of my new purchased-out-of-state car, and Ryan was courteous and helpful, even though I did not buy the car from Mercedes Hanover.

Three hours for an oil change and inspection was absurd. I definitely will not be back.

I was in a desire situation. I’m driving back home to Florida this Friday. My car had a potential issues which may have resulted in a break down anywhere along my 1500 mile trip. Ryan at MB of Hanover arranged for my car to be picked up at my summer home, towed to Hanover from Cape Cod. Car was fixed and will be delivered back to me within a day!
