But everything after the sale has been a problem communication is non-existent to explain on Friday the day after I got my car they went to the registry and had trouble with the plates the sales manager called me and said there was a problem and to call me as soon as possible which I did. My 2013 MB350 sedan was in for warranty work, which required multiple days of service. I was provided a loaner and the work was done as planned. My service representative was very professional and kept me informed of the work progress. I was very pleased with the staff and service.

The dealership is clean and functional from a customer standpoint. The staff is friendly and attentive, eager to assist or answer questions. I have found the service advisors to be adept at answering technical questions dealing with service issues. I feel personally fortunate to have Enio Robolo as my service advisor. He is extremely well versed in the Mercedes brand and patient in explaining what I need answered concerning my vehicle.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had a confirmed appointment, yet I was not acknowledged or treated with the courtesy I expected. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. As a customer, I expect fair and professional treatment at all times. I encourage management to review their customer service practices and ensure that all clients are treated equally and with respect.

I have been driving my 2011 GLK 350 for 15 years. I bought it in CT when my 300E died on my way back from NY. Tuesday my GLK would not start at the dentist office in Norwell. Tom at MB sent an Uber, towed my car and gave me a loner, a pretty ruby red MB. I loved it but I love my old GLK more. Best service I have had with MB in years. I highly recommend Hanover MB.

Not a great day for Mercedes Benz of Hanover service. Arrived for 7:30 service appointment, mount, balance, 4 tires + 4 wheel alignment. Scheduled the appointment noting I would wait. Turned into a 4 1/2 wait, it shouldn't be. Pressed for time so skipped the car wash. However, the arm rest had some grime, dash was left in maintenance mode and the wheel lubrication was left on the four wheels. Purchased pre-owned BMW from here that I was excited to find! Few snags with pick up that have mushroomed! When I picked up vehicle after they servicing detailing and registered I was surprised that the salesperson had no knowledge on any features on car and told me to go to my local BMW dealership Genius Bar. Vehicle had a rejection sticker since they’d removed battery so I have to get the correct sticker and then submit for reimbursement. The recommended intake hose repair for $.01 which I approved was not done. I would like to have it done at some point. I assumed the $.01 price was because it's not an expensive part and could be covered by the $900 transmission flush I paid for. I can schedule the appointment whenever you can get the part. Thanks

I bought my vehicle in 2020 from the dealership had a five year warranty bumper bumper over the last five years had issues with certain items on the vehicle. Most of them were taken care of through trial and error.. I got to admit the Service in the past has been below average but this last time I brought my vehicle up for 40,000 mile check up they were very professional and courteous. Communication in the past has been below average this last time they stepped up their game and did a great job.

Steven Rebelo, my service advisor, the Service Manager and the GM are all fabulous! They've helped me out with insurance issues that were not my fault and costly necessary repairs. I have an ancient (2012) E350. I can't afford a new car and I need to keep this one safe since my teenage grandson, Brady, also drives it. MB Hanover knows how much I need this vehicle and they work with me to keep it safe.
MB of Hanover has greatly improved it's Van service for customers. Kevin Cowden is great as the new van service manager.

Service department is great but their phone service is horrible. When you push for service no one answer’s the phone and it just rings and rings. I finally had to go to another department. I call at least 6 times over two days.

My advisor, Enio, as well as Shawn, are courteous and take time to inform me of the services needed on my car and why. A new feature is the video they send you showing exactly what needs to be done.
I really appreciate how nice everyone is. Communication is good as well. Enio helped me this time and he made the service process very easy. This time I also got a video showing me the undercarriage and my tires. I had a feeling I was going to need some new tires, and it was appreciated to have the service engineer send me a video with the reasons why.

We bought 2024 GLE350 with 9,000 miles on it and it took almost a year for them to get us a second key. Today, my wife took her car in for service for the first time at 15,000 miles after putting 6,000 miles on it. The dealership decided on their own to do the 20,000 mile Service B on it even though she still had another 5k miles to go. So she walked out of there today with a bill for $1100. I just purchased out of state a new G wagon. The engine light went on and I had to get it looked at. It was my first time visiting Mercedes-Benz in Hanover. It was beyond my expectations in terms of the level of service and professionalism. Absolutely incredible. Steven was the best.
They sold me a car that needed $600 repair 30 days after I bought it. New sprk plugs and they say they don't sell car below 50% wear and tear. They are no good go to Somerville mercedes benz.

I scheduled an appt with service after getting a notification in my car. When i arrived I was asked what service I was scheduled for. I said I wasn't sure, I was getting a service B notice. Without them even looking at my car, I was handed a paper to chose 1 of 3 services ranging from $699-$899.
