Loaner was unavailable, though booked a week in advance. Ryan was awesome though. He called before I got there so I was prepared.

Service is the worst ever. They never answer phones or return calls. They try to get you to do everything through automated responses which never work. Love my car but I would never buy another Mercedes because I cannot deal with the service center.

I had an emergency when I suffered a flat tire from a pothole. The service technician was very responsive and took care of this need when the car was brought in. He exceeded my expectations and was great with communication.

On time waiting area very nice. Great coffee machine but food options are pretty pathetic considering the cost of service and the fact that people are waiting as OPpOSED to them picking up and redelivering car to home/business which would cost them much more than offering muffins/donuts etc.

I watched the technician drive my car from the service bay then had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for the complimentary car wash. Give me the choice of not wasting my time or getting a car wash. The service was fine.

Excellent service and attention to detail. My service advisor, Enio, always takes excellent care of me, and keeps me informed on the progress and completion of the service.

I was not a customer of MB of Hanover and needed emergency service, I stopped at their service center, explained my situation and they took my car in to diagnose the problem. Two hours later I was on my way with a loaner car and two days later they had my car repaired. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Hanover for your outstanding service.

Very satisfied with the customer service I received and a good oil change. Just wish they could have vacuumed behind driver's seat since the passenger seat was not vacuumed.

I recently visited for my lease renewal. The process was extremely easy and pleasant from beginning to end. Ben was my main contact at the dealership. He was proactive and contacted me prior to the end of my current lease to see if I was interested in early turn in and had the perfect cars lined up for my test drive. He was easy-going and flexible with working with his team to Work towards an agreeable lease agreement. Things went so well I was able to leave same day with my new car!

Cassidy is the best! She helped me pick up a loaner car, updated me on a daily basis via phone calls/voice messages, and fully addressed all of my concerns I had about my 2023 GLA 250.
