I had an emergency warning about TWO rear tires losing air on my AMG GLE 63 (2024). I went first to 2 service stations and then to a tire store . Due to width of tires they refused to help. I’ found the nearest dealer in Hanover Ma. I had not been a customer.What a dealership! John lead guy assigned the problem to Chris who wrote it up. They along with everyone else involved were hardworking ,polite and knowledgeable. The entire dealership was very busy yet efficient with happy employees. That fixed the tires and I was on my way to Cape Cod..

Took my car in for 10k service. It seems to take at least 2 hours which seems a long time. The service rep was very nice and helpful. Hope he stays--noticed there are mostly new people working since I was there in the fall. They are in the process of renovating the dealership which is nice. It was very cold waiting in the showroom.
The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Hanover are friendly, the technicians are talented, my SUV has never run better. The service Advisor was knowledgeable and explained the services that were performed. My car was cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Had a scheduled oil and filter change today. It was done in a timely manner, as far as the scheduling, and length of the actual appointment time. The cost of this service was fairly-priced as well.

I was 15mins. early for my 8:45 appointment. I was taken as soon as I got there 👍🏽 Very, very courteous when spoken too about my business today.
I wasn’t greeted right away, but timing for service was appropriate and as expected. Construction in the building was not disclosed earlier and left me and a friend to wander in the nearby plaza. I was also warned about upcoming proposed expenses a year away but did not appreciate the way it was presented. Not sure if I’ll be extending my lease here again. Sales are excellent, service maybe not so much….

I walked into the dealer in January and inquired about an AMG GT and I was told that they had one that should be in early spring. Amazing experience!! Showed up at 5:30 for a test drive. Car was SPOTLESS inside and out and waiting up front for me. Salesperson was personable and knowledgeable, got a good deal on my new vehicle and a fair trade-in on my car. Kyle and Robert stayed until 8:00 (who does that anymore!?!?!?) to finalize the paperwork, and I drove home in my Mercedes!!! Could not be happier!!!
