How to Schedule a Service Appointment Online

If it’s time for service, scheduling an appointment with us is simple. If you’ve used our scheduling platform before, you can sign in under your account credentials and quickly choose the service you need. New customers will be asked to enter basic information about the vehicle you’re bringing by.

After receiving your information, choose your service and the day and time that works best for you. If anything comes up, we’ll make sure to contact you ASAP.

Signs You Need Service

Keeping your Mercedes-Benz in tip-top shape is a great way to prolong its life. You can consult your vehicle’s maintenance schedule and take note of what services are needed at different mileage intervals. Mileage is used as the primary metric because it can more accurately predict when services are required.

If you delay service, you may notice your Mercedes-Benz isn’t performing as well as it used to. Keep an eye out for things like:

Burning smells: If you smell something burning and it’s coming from your vehicle, one or more components are overheated likely due to a lack of fluid or too much wear. Regardless of the cause, it’s dangerous to drive an overheated car. As soon as it’s safe, stop driving and let the car cool down. Then, have it towed to our service center.  

Squealing or grinding noises: These are uncommon sounds your car makes if something one or more components are worn or low on fluid. It could be that you need a synthetic oil replacement, brake repairs, etc.

Your car favors one side of the road: If your vehicle is consistently favoring one side of the road, your tires are worn or there’s an issue with the alignment. You’ll want to have the root cause addressed immediately, as delaying can cause significant damage to your car and put you in harms way.

Flickering lights: If the lights are flickering when you start your car, that means your battery is losing its charge and likely needs a replacement.
