Knowing the trim levels of the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC allows you to determine which is right for you. At Mercedes-Benz of Hanover, we’ve written up an overview that describes what’s in store for these different trims. We want all our friends and neighbors around Hanover, Plymouth, and Braintree, MA, to learn more to make the right choice.
The base trim of the 2022 GLC SUV, the 300, comes standard with a 2.0L inline-4 turbo engine that’s paired with a 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission with shift paddles. This configuration nets power outputs of 255 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. Also, a part of this is the DYNAMIC SELECT feature, which is a multimode drive program selector on the console that allows you to choose from four modes (ECO, Comfort, Sport, and Sport+) in addition to the ECO-START®/Stop system. There’s also a fifth “Individual” mode, which allows you to create a mode of your own that lets you set the transmission for pure manual shifting.
There’s also the Torque Vectoring Brake, which is technology that provides additional control and precision in turns via targeted rear-wheel braking. Just another aspect that helps ensure your adventures in the city and beyond are safer and rewarding.
Looking now at luxury features, we see that the 2022 GLC 300 SUV has many, starting with the power front seats with driver-seat memory. These are bolstered by being heated, meaning those winter chills are memories of the past. Seating remains a powerful luxury as it hosts the 40/20/40-split rear seats with power folding, so your friends and family are well seated.
Connected services are also a big deal on this level, as one year of Mercedes me connect services is included. The Mercedes me connect Assist Services help keep your 2022 GLC 300 SUV at its peak through a suite of services at no additional charge. You can schedule dealer service and have it added to your calendar, or reach out with diagnostic info, too. With this service, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance is a click away.
This second trim shares many of the features first introduced in the base trim. With that in mind, let’s look at the multimedia features.
This trim comes with a 10.25-inch touchscreen multimedia display that allows you to access audio, MB Navigation, phone, and vehicle settings. In addition to the three input paths, it’s also set up for the “Hey, Mercedes” keyword navigation. This allows you to use voice navigation in addition to the direct touch inputs.
Connectivity comes easy with the inclusion of Apple CarPlay™, and Android Auto. Bluetooth®* audio streaming allows you to enjoy your favorite music and podcasts from your phone through the speakers.
A highlight of the trim is the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX). This new development in automotive cockpit control integrates digital in-dash displays including a touchscreen, touch-sensitive controls, Bluetooth®* hands-free and audio streaming, and available industry-advancing voice control system.
Now that our friends and neighbors around Hanover, Plymouth, and Braintree, Massachusetts, have learned more about the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC trim levels, it’s time for them to act. Make today the day you contact our team to schedule a 2022 GLC SUV test drive at Mercedes-Benz of Hanover!
